I am in the building across the street from Ridglea Country Club. We get all kinds of como 'residents' strolling thru our parking garage. I wonder if any ever manage to show up on the golf course? Lol.

LOL, indeed. Try eating at some of the various restaurants on Camp Bowie. There is almost a panhandler at every door.

I'll offer to buy some of them something to eat. But they'll usually decline, saying they need "gas money."
