Everyone’s assuming the “homeless” (bums) are doing all the unwelcome doodies, but hey, it’s SF, maybe outdoor crapping is becoming a fad.

And the $ per person the city spends doesn’t include all the non-profit social agencies and churches plus free med care by treating emergency room as their “primary”... factor all that in and it’d be cheaper to just give each of those 7.500 $90,000 and call it good. (But you can’t do that, lest the 7,500 quickly become the 75,000)
What if they don't identify as humans? If one can identify as something other than their genetic sex, why shouldn't they be able to identify as something other than human?
It’s not just folks pooping all over in public,add to that the open drug use, (and not pot, heroin). Also homeless crazies are all over.

A photoshop expert could or should take that photo and replace the horses with a couple of homeless people doing a number 2 on the street. Then, send the reworked photo to the SF Mayor, as an idea that could be implemented to create lots of jobs. Also with a suggestion for hiring the illegal immigrants and sanctuary inhabitants, to do the jobs Americans won’t do.
