Yep. Diabetes occurs when the body can no longer create enough insulin to control the blood sugar. Low carbs means no blood sugar spike and no need for the body to pump out large amounts of insulin.

Yep, it’s called Insulin Resistance, at least for Type 2’s. The body needs more and more insulin to push glucose out of the blood and into the cells, until the insulin production is maxed out. So there’s tons of insulin, it’s just that the body can’t effectively use it. Reset the body by low carb / fasting, and then the body can use its own insulin - and say goodbye to diabetes.
And yes, it may be tough for some people, but OTHERS may prefer living healthy into old age without the diabetes complications (which you get whether you use drugs or not).
It’s pretty STUPID to not, at least, give people the OPTION of ending the condition.
