55 lbs for me but it took a year. Tasty food too. And fat is good.
Where did you get your meal plans for this diet? I have seen so many all wanting big bucks saying ‘This plan is the safe effective way” blah blah blah. I ‘m not sure which one to trust.
I’m not diabetic and am only about 5 lbs. overweight but I went on a Keto diet for 2 weeks and felt great.
I don’t know why but I HAVE to nap after lunch, it just weighs me down, and I, basically, just pass out for an hour. Some days I just eat one meal a day in the evening if I had a lot to do.
When I was on the Keto diet I never took one nap and had so much energy. I got off because we went on a 2 week vacation and plan on starting back as soon as I have a red enchilada and a green enchilada, so in a few days.
People dont understand the body requires fats from animals and some dairy to work well.
Stuffing your face and eating way more of anything - anything - will make you unhealthy and put on the poundage. The more calorie dense they are, the more weight you will fain.
