Wasn't Danny Ortega the hero of the left in the 80s? Didn't the left support Ortega in his fight with Reagan? Didn't they (leftists) shop with him when he bought designer eye glasses on a trip to the UN in NYC? Wasn't Ortega a friend of Peter, Paul, and Mary?
