I think Sarah signed a Release and took payment for the interview and Cohen may not have set he was in the military, but rather “In the Service.” The United Parcel Service.
Claiming to have once worked for UPS, would not be covered by the Stolen Valor Act.
I’m trying to find this old, old article about Sasha.. but I haven’t had any luck. It was a groceries style web page from Israel. It talked about Sasha’s Borat character being a Muslim character that tee Israelis loved. I was told that the image had to be changed for u.s. markets.
Just a story though. I still can’t find these stories.
