As a big proponent of the possibility that RR & the Mule are white hats or leveraged grey hats & continuing analysis by others - I’m going back to 89.5% likely black hats after 99.9% this morning.

The reason?

In recent hearing, RR was asked about signing the 4th FISA. He said that it wasn’t what people think it is. He was asked if it was possibly based on false information and he was emphatic to the effect, of course not, why it’s validated by trustworthy F-I people!

3 possibilities IMO

1. It’s what is considered, more illegal + improper spying, predicate being other 3 (RR lying)

2. It is a legitimate FISA that targets black hats based on what occurred with prior 3 (RR telling truth)

3. It is a tool, whether legit or not, and used as a ruse. The same could apply to yesterday’s “indictment”.

In the last case RR + the Mule can say, “hey we thought this was legit but we were wrong - now we’re taking action” (or approve others i.e. Huber +/- MIL doing).

It’s still 2 out of 3 possible “helpful”.

But all 3 paths lead to PAIN
