I really wish they wouldn’t use HR as a place to put bad people. It has such great potential for misuse. He is assigned to HR, I'd put money that he doesn't get to do anything except fill a seat and be where he is supposed to be at all times.

HR is the government’s portal into every business in America. HR is the enemy of the employee and doesn’t care much about management either. It’s become a cancer.
