None, copy and past direct from source. Use "pre" then "/pre" (inside < >) to have it format as copied.
For images copy the image location then use html for image posting. If image is "large" change it to small or medium.
Think I now have learned how to make my own memes from an existing image, adding text with paint, uploading image to postimages.org, then copy location to post here.
If someone has an idea for a meme let me know, will try to see if I can do it.

I wonder if you could try to make a meme featuring the text from the first portion of the Declaration of Independence that Q has used in drops and lay that text over a waving flag or perhaps the liberty bell?
I had promised Little Jeremiah I would try to figure out how to make memes and create one with those words and a good picture over a month ago. I have not even had time to turn on my old computer since we talked about it and am about to have grandkids for 5 or 6 weeks. I freep from my phone and sure don't know how to do it here. I know Little Jeremiah would appreciate someone who can actually accomplish something.
Furthermore, all the stuff you described about making memes is kinda Greek to me. And i don't grok Greek. 2 teenage granddaughters thought they could walk me through the process from 900 miles away. But, seeing html involved I somehow doubt those girlies are going to know what I need.
