I wish we had more information on WHY RR’s doing it. I wish Q would come back and give us hints to chase. I wish...
My speculation is still weak in that area.
My current leaning has been morphing from Black Hats to Grey Hats where RR and RM are concerned.
ie. implementing their portions of the plan, whether they like it or not.
In RR’s case that might mean don’t release docs that can help the enemy until it’s too late for them (and their prosecution is secure and midterm timing is right.), while folding more and more of the “ALL” (“We have it ALL.”) into evidence.
Could explain both slow-walking, and rapid doc collection on RR’s part.
