Check out my statistics explanation on identifying the author of Night Before Christmas thru analysis of movements of the tongue in the mouth. It’s a fun study for kids to follow because you can do a lot of exaggerated movements to show phoneme pairs. Mac is an emeritus prof mostly known for his Shakespeare work.

Thank you, mairdie!! Our middle child is an English major/Creative Writing minor/soccer enthusiast, so he may find this fascinating from a different perspective. Please know I will share it with him.

Although, - no - BECAUSE I am on summer vacay, this is the time of year I can read what I want, explore where I want, and basically dilly-dally to my heart’s content.
