My preference was Barrett but this is a solid pick, groomed on the DC Court of Appeals (the Turtle better get a nomination for that bench ASAP) & Anthony Kennedy’s recommendation. It’s also an olive branch to the GOPe which POTUS needs unity, not only for the pick, but for the “plan” as well ;)

Kavanaugh seems pretty solid even though I read some concerns about him. He sounded very balanced and grounded when he spoke. I think Barrett will be a great choice but will be easier to get through the Senate as Rs increase numbers. Ginsberg, I thought she was going to keel over a long time ago. But woman for woman, Barrett will be a great pick. So, hopeful Kavanaugh gets through and will govern as a textualist.

I think it's a solid pick. Here is why. Swamp! This man has taught at Harvard, Yale and Georgetown. He knows things, that can be of great value to POTUS. That's what I am telling myself anyway!

May be keeping Barrett for RBG seat.

Never-Trumpers wanted people to vote third party. They should be excited and ashamed for their short sightedness. But power is calling and I read Sasse is thinking of running for POTUS in ‘20. He is such a light weight and pugnacious.

So Kavanaugh, eh? I'm kinda pissed off that The Donald didn't pick Cboldt, but maybe next time.

The guy looks good. Nice family. Sense of humor. His resume sounds great. Of course, the deepies will go after his Catholicism. The "dirt" on him will come out soon enough. Let's keep an eye out for their major meme against him. Abortion, women's right, anti-gay, racism. Probably one of those. We'll know by tomorrow if not tonight.

This one will be brutal, no matter what fake dirt they dig up on this guy.

Just one observation. While I was watching this guy at the podium, all I could think of was Littlefinger (he's the spitting image to my foggy eye sockets.)

I hope this isn't him in front of the Senate Judiciary committee.
