And look Trump Baby is headed toward “Q” of course!
Huber, et al, can do that....
.....................................
how can they do that? where is the jurisdiction? no one has explained away the jurisdiction for trial at locale other than where the crime was committed...where were the crimes committed? why did FBI use dc office and not ny or other offices?
can Comey, stroz, page, mccabe etc be tried in another jurisdiction? where did their misdeeds take place?
Clinton Foundation yes
Clinton email?
Uranium 1?
Seth Rich? murdered in dc.
Weiner laptop?
Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure
TITLE V. VENUE
Rule 18. Place of Prosecution and Trial
Unless a statute or these rules permit otherwise, the government must prosecute an offense in a district where the offense was committed. The court must set the place of trial within the district with due regard for the convenience of the defendant, any victim, and the witnesses, and the prompt administration of justice.
I am open minded and waiting for legal types to clarify jurisdiction and how to get cases out of DC, District of Corruption.

Q
The ONLY reason there should be a special counsel is when it has been demonstrated that the department is incapable of investigating itself, which I think it is but, for the time being I’m willing to wait for Huber to come up with something.
You don’t mean bso in a derogatory way, do you? I’m assuming you don’t based on your excellent posting history, but the tone of “bso” sounds like you are mocking the info.
I think the car hacking info is serious, important.
To: meyer. Breitbart was not killed in a car accident. It was supposedly a heart attack but IMO he was murdered by some sort of toxin. I think you are thinking of the reporter (Michael?) Hastings whose car inexplicably accelerated into a tree and killed him just before he was about to break some important news. There are probably others as well, but Hastings is the most notable and clear cut AFAIK.
Says the person full of gratuitous insults, who hasn't bothered to check my posting history either.
-- ... how easy it is to con weak minded people such as yourself. --
Additional gratuitous insult noted.
TELEFON becomes Freepathon! Why are any Freepers or FreeQs surprised when Trolls or DS disrupters appear? We know POTUS is fighting on many fronts; the bad thing is it can get lonely taking on all comers at once, however, it does present POTUS with a very target rich environment!
The more Trolls and Disrupters appear on our thread the more damage is being done to the DS and other anti American types! We keep on pressing toward the goal of MAGA and ignore the debris in the road that would detour us. Keep bringing the dark to light through independent research, Trust the Plan! We are winning, BIGLY!
WWG1WGA!
The investigation has been ongoing since Nov 2017.
go to qanon.pub and scroll down to June 18 read from bottom up starting at #1550, I guess. LL=Loretta Lynch HRC=hildabeast.
When I want to read past threads I use the ctrl+F key and word search bottom up. knowing the meanings helps. glad swordmaker posted what initials mean. Just saw it today. time to go back and look again.

Either parties can file for a change of venue. Did one of the defendants use the mail in their home district to send anything of investigative value? Boom, jurisdiction. Bank in home district? Bank in another district?
Anything that was done to commit the crime can be used to set jurisdiction. You have to think really weaselly (I’m good at that;) I’m also really good at just making up words! )
This is the catch-all phrase. Like "in the interest of justice" it's kinda the phrase you throw in to let the judge know you've a really good reason for the change.
Yes. They are officially empowered “to make recommendations.” I agree with that 100%.
However, absolutely nowhere does it say they (Huber, IG, etc.) have been granted prosecution authority. The letter does not do that.
As the letter clearly states, his recommendations (if any) go straight to Rosensessions. That’s it. That’s all.
Where they (the recommendations) die (imo). Huber is NOT prosecuting anyone on the seditious matters. No prosecuter has been assigned to proceed with a criminal case, and nobody has been arrested. Proof: It would absolutely leak. Anyone honest knows that is true.
Just one arrest, and I would buy Huber flowers and turn into a Sessions fan. Just one.
See tagline.
I have a new plan. I'm just going to post my “Bye Felicia” post to the trolls.
If you approve, mark YES.
If you don't approve, mark NO.
No markings will be interpreted as acquiescence.
GW, condolences on your cat.
We have a grey kitty here too. We’re in the country and somebody had to have dumped her off on the gravel road. She wasn’t weaned yet, it was 27 degrees out and raining. She’s a long haired shedding beast and all that hair was matted to a body little enough to fit in one of my hands. She was staring in the front door glass at me when I came down for morning coffee.
You can figure out the rest, I warmed cream and stuck a towel in the dryer to get her fed and warm. That night hubby was not impressed, did not want a cat in the house. We have several barn cats to keep down varmints which he adores and does the feeding for. But that night, “No cats in the house.”
She was fed and warm so I tucked her into a warm spot outside where our dogs wouldn’t bother her and hoped for the best. We went to bed and hubby said, “ a cayote will probably get that kitten tonight.” I gave him “the look.” Then he said, “we don’t have a litter box or litter so it’s no use worrying about it.”
Ha! I had the old litter box from when the daughters had cats and we had plain litter for oil spills in the garage. When I pointed this out hubby said, “well, if she’s still alive in the morning you can fix it up for her in the guest bathroom.” Before he came down for his first cup of coffee she was all fixed up and inside. After all that lobbying to get her inside, she chose him. She sits beside him all day when he works at home. If he goes to a job site she’s waiting for him at the front door when she hears his truck.
Someday I fear we will be sitting right in the shoes you are in now. My old grey whiskered hubby will be heartbroken for quite awhile. She’s been with us 9 years and I often tease him that she became his favorite pussy in the house.
God bless you and the rest of your household who loved that cat.
.can’t I be the designated thread b!tch?
A puzzle. Yummy. I’m in.
Easiest crumbs first:
In the first solved passage, “illusion” is misspelled as “iqlusion”.
The 38.9518N x 77.1455W in the second solved passage points at the CIA Building just a bit to the South of the West Main Entrance (I’m open to correction on this...don’t have a building plan) and the “Level 2” would indicate second floor, except that’s not congruent with “it’s buried out there..”.
The third solved passage, besides differing from the descriptions in Carter’s Diary (I’m guessing it to be a dramatized rewrite for publication) has another “q” at the end of the quote.
Two letter “q” and something buried in the CIA building...
I’ll start looking at the tablets a bit more after I get some chores done.
BBL
I knew about this, but didn’t know - or forgot - about the Q reference.
IIRC, there is one puzzle left to be solved.
again your ignorance of something doesn’t equate to ‘proof’
In this recent case, a Utah Federal Grand Jury indicted NYC (ex- FBI agent), Connecticut & Massachusetts residents for a breach of Federal law, for bad stuff they did - in Afghanistan.
Salt Lake City, Utah - SALT LAKE CITY (AP) - A federal grand jury in Salt Lake City has indicted a former FBI agent and two other people in a federal fraud case involving U.S. Army contracts in Afghanistan.
The indictment alleges that Robert Lustyik of Sleepy Hollow, N.Y. used his position as an FBI special agent to try to stave off the criminal investigation of Michael Taylor of Harvard, Mass.
Taylor was under investigation for fraud in the award of defense contracts. The indictment alleges he bribed Lustyik to impede the investigation.
The indictment released Thursday by the U.S. Department of Justice says a third person, Johannes Thaler of New Fairfield, Conn., was a conduit between the two men.
Each faces 11 charges of conspiracy, wire fraud, obstructing justice and obstructing an agency proceeding.
