The caption of the first photo was "Welcome aboard."
"Welcome aboard. jpg was a big lie" was a comment made by an anon on a photo HE posted that showed the first light/lamp photo fit perfectly in the AF-1 office.
I think the comment may have been a sarcastic response to other anons or shills (purely guessing) who may have challenged the veracity of the first photo titled "Welcome aboard.

I agree with your other theory. That the plane was bugged by Obama. I think Trump (and Q) were trolling Obama by showing him that they found his "mug holder" spy devices that he had the dirty CIA plant in the office.
