Have not seen much discussion of this post and think that it is an important Q comm.
It was posted on July 4 and included a link to JFK reading the Declaration of Independence. We are going through many of the same things today that they were back in 1776 leading up to the Declaration!
Saw some discussion here on the first 4 lines and those are relatively self explanatory.
The last 4 line I think are the meat of the post and have not seen much discussion on that here or anywhere else including last nights oracle. 
Did a search to see if I could find anyone else with good a good theory on what this post means.
Found nothing much on 8ch or reddit great awakening threads, or other places I looked at.
Then found this, a twitter thread from Paul Serran where he mentioned that Q got the image for 1681 from his thread he did on May 9!
