I would expect some of these big players can actually walk many places with impunity. The underbelly world of crime and corruption ANSWERS to these people to a certain degree and when someone big wants to walk someplace like that they might have a few undercover guys but you know the “word on the street” is mess with this person/group and you’d better have your affairs in order...
