Not new here to FR. Been on the boards since Kerry was running.
Never really post and I lurked every day since joining.
Lots of great minds here.
I’ve been following these threads for a while now and tried to join the discussion on a day when I actually had to time to contribute so yeah, new to this discussion.
Since I started today, I’ve gotten nothing but grief from etzo4. Check the history of this thread and the end of the last one.
I didn’t start this confrontation, s/he did.
I’m not going to just sit here and let s/he post whatever they want about me.
Like I said, check the history of this thread and the end of the last one.
Believe me, I am not a troll. I tried to stay rational but there is only so much name calling one can take.
If this is how ransomnote wants her threads to go, then new help will not come. Why would anyone try if the hall monitors get their panties in a wad when someone questions something that could be easily explained.
No_Doll_I, I want to join this discussion but the hall monitor attitudes of some has to go.
NeverEver
My suggestion would be to report your F Off post to have it removed and make peace with edoz4.
We welcome new peeps to the thread, however, you need to understand that MANY of us have been living the Q life for a long time and are wary of newcomers until they prove themselves.
edzo4 - You don’t really need to be so quick to judge newbies on the thread.
Both of ya... knock it the hell off - Please and Thank Q
Join! Just ignore when someone gets fussy. There’s a lot of tenseness right now. But in the long run, the more of us, the better.
Generally, on FR, there are always posters who attack others for all kinds of reasons.
Once I wrote a Letter to the Editor of my local paper. Thought I'd post it on FR and encourage others too (back when I thought that kind of thing made any difference).
I was thoroughly criticized, letter was criticized (too long, etc.).
I've learned to let it all go. The opinion of other people is none of my business.
If you are not a troll, then ignore comments and stay and participate.
