I hate to break it to you, but this is theatrical fighting, called Wu Shu -— not real Kungfu.
It’s a thing in China to put on large Wu Shu performances, like operas (It is also the stuff of movies like Jackie Chan’s.) The performers train for many years and the mastery is quite real ... it’s just that it is theater, not genuine martial arts.
There are “Drunken” styles in Kungfu, where one pretends to be drunk to gain an advantage; and “Monkey” styles. But I doubt there is a real “Drunken monkey,” though there are some pretty bizarre practices for sure.

I saw a YT video of an MMA match that featured a drunken style. The guy was good. Dont remember if he won. I can tell you it was a real fight.
