Blackberry time coming up in a few weeks.
I just use the Sure Jell recipe (sort of) but usually use less sugar and more berries or other fruit. If I don’t have any pectin, and it’s getting more and more expensive, I just use egual amounts berries/sugar and cook until sort of thick-ish.
I do can a lot of blackberries without making jam and I’m not a huge jam fan but am a huge blackberry fan.
