I use facebook many times for different reasons. I have 3 rental properties and FB is a gold mine for potential renters. It also gives you an idea what kind of person they are, also a good place to buy and sell. Found two great rental properties that I obtained very cheap. Also a good place to find out what is going on in the area.Also belong to several groups and even though retired I like to keep up with what is going on in my old industry so I get to find out who’s hiring and in what area. And last but not least I get to see recent pics of all the grand kids.
