I communicate with my family and friends through regular old email. You can attach photos to them. Why do people think they have to post their lives up on a social media bulletin board for everyone to see when they can use private email instead?

I've had a FB page for at least 12 years now. I use it to gain access to a closed group of old high school classmates.

I have no information on the page about me at all except the obligatory birthday date. By the way, I was born in 1905 for those interested.

No profile photo. No photos at all. No priends at all. No timeline. No about information.

I never post anything or share anything about my life with anyone on FB. And given Zuckberger's idea to use the liberal Snopes. com to screen for fake news, I would never consider reading the news from FB. Why would you do that when you have FR?

Facebook has never said anything to me about my page. It's been static and unchanged for years. No activity at all. Like I said, I only have it in order to access a high school alumni FB page which is closed except to members.

That’s cool.

I only like dogs. I’m in a couple of dog groups. I don’t like anyone from my high school.

It was interesting to discover that FB somehow knows I’m “ultra conservative” though.

Sneaky bastards.
