I think he just died a couple of years ago, I forget when he “retired” not sure I even read that date.
All the agencies seem to have basically the same MO, bunch of bad guys who get shuffled around and moved up the food chain when someone dies or leaves.
This School guy was a very bad actor and had a lot of power behind the scenes. I would be watching my back if I were him.
