So, while I agree that the 470th can be used as an investigative tool, these upcoming (hopefully) trial will have to be held in civilian courts. Drat, I like the finality of military justice so much better.
I'm with you blu. I'm quite sure that Trump/Q has the entire resources of Military Intelligence behind them. That doesn't necessarily translate to "military tribunals."
Still. It's good to know it's not just five or six guys working on this.

How about a former government official/employee who was using fake identity and wasn’t really a US citizen?
Enemy combatants, Foreign or Domestic are covered by this as it is a whole different class of offense
Sedition and treason and attempted subversion and toppling a duly elected government is not a traffic ticket
