ThanQ - I just was wondering what rational FreeQers thought, if any agreed with me.
I checked the Main Document at the site - “a presentative investigation report” in the body of the letter, and below something called “a presentence investigation report” - I hope you or others will give some commentary on what all this means.
Just in case any of us here has always wondered what was the awful terrible horrendous thing Flynn did to make such a stink...(h/t to l.j. and S.W for links- I used l.j.’s link to go to the documents page of the court filing to find it...it’s easy, you can do it! ;))
(i) On or about December 29, 20i6, FLYNN did not ask the Govemment ofRussia’s
Ambassador to the United States (“Russian Ambassador”) to refrain from escalating
the situation in response to sanctions that the United States had imposed against
Russia that same day; and FLYNN did not recall the Russian Ambassador
subsequently telling him that Russia had chosen to moderate its response to those ‘ ‘
- sanctions as a result of his request; and
(ii) On or about Deeember 22, 2016, FLYNN did not ask the Russian Ambassador to
delay the vote on or defeat a pending United Nations Security Council resolution; and

that the Russian Ambassador subsequently never described to.FLYNN Russia’s
response to his request.
