I don’t think the cockpit photo is from AF1. When AF1 is coming in, or leaving, there is no other air traffic allowed. I doubt AF1 would taxi behind commercial jets and have to wait for clearance. The only other planes flying would be the empty decoy AF1, the press plane, and the cargo plane with the USSS vehicles and The Beast and that one would depart later as things need loaded up. A separate cargo plane with all the vehicles needed is already awaiting the President at his next destination.
Thank you for explaining those AF1 procedures. I wondered about those things after i saw that Q drop and did not know what the order would be. This is another thing I don’t know. Due to security risks is there a fake or 2 AF1, decoys? But maybe that info shouldn’t be public. I’m glad I actually decided to reply with my thought because your information helps.
