I apologize for the dumb question, but by Ruthie do you mean Ginsburg? If so, I thought she was being “housed” in her aide’s basement, having passed some time ago. Word was they were keeping her propped up/alive while the aides wrote the decisions....... I guess I missed the part about the spy connections!
