Good point, they would need to have access or opportunity but wouldn't necessarily be involved in trafficking fentanyl. Make you think twice about the flyers placed under windshields when shopping and what they might be coated with...

"What they do is dip it and absorb fentanyl into the paper that then dries," Lynch said.
