Agreed. That’s why hubs went to electrical trade school and works with an experienced electrician.
We don’t have employees for the same reason stated. Can’t find good help that doesn’t want the world and isn’t sub par.
We tried with one guy in particular. He had the “hood” mentality so after 4 years of “trying” hubs finally gave up.

That’s a common theme these days. Very sad that you can’t get good, smart, honest people to work in a trade. They all fall for the “you gotta go to college or you’ll be poor” lie.
I tell young people to check it out and they see the hard work and run away. I explain that you have to do the work, learn the craft, and pay your dues when you are young and then you’ll become a master and be able to open your own business, but they want the immediate reward and the high school guidance counselor tells them that a degree with causes riches to be piled at their feet.
