It looks like it's a thing, just not the REALLY COOL thing that we want. An actual Federal criminal indictment.

Remember, though. Paula Jones v. B. Clinton was a civil suit. And look where that led. Just a thought.

Also, anything that pisses Hillary off is a good thing.

For the legal beagles out there: This doesn't introduce a double jeopardy kind of thing, does it?  Like, the civil suit precludes a later federal suit on the same charge?
