More 8. Seems majority think Q's pic is of either Soros or Horowitz. Some have even suggested No Name. Noticed every time Q says "What a wonderful day", Eric Schmidt or "GOOG" is mentioned. Doubtful this is ES but perhaps some kind of tie-in re: iPhones & Google image retrieval?! More

I seriously do not think it’s Horowitz ... If the person is dead it’s No Name. Otherwise most likely Soros. Or WH aide tied to NXIVM cut loose today

I'll go with Hagin for now - ;)

This is the White House wise man Trump’s detractors are counting on Read more here: http://www.mcclatchydc.com/news/politics-government/white-house/article188649134.html#storylink=cpy

As Trump’s approval ratings hit historic lows and even his generally admired chief of staff, John Kelly, makes controversial headlines, those who know the inner workings of the presidency — and especially those who have qualms about Trump — frequently cite Hagin as a behind-the-scenes source of significant comfort.

Hagin, deputy chief of staff for operations in the White House, is the rare, perhaps singular person in Trump’s orbit who commands near-universal respect and even gratitude from across the ideological spectrum. He is widely seen as a steadying hand in an administration that has struggled with investigations, inexperience and infighting, according to two dozen interviews with Trump, George W. Bush and Barack Obama administration officials and veterans of the Mitt Romney and Hillary Clinton presidential campaigns.

Hagin helped create the Department of Homeland Security and was tasked with preventing leaks of the project, earning the nickname “the Enforcer,” he told the Cincinnati Enquirer in 2003.

Deep State's guy all the way.

The white plastic ring seems to be secured by a clear medical tape. The eye seems lifeless. Maybe it is no-name, with some rich-folk tech to keep him from flatlining. Q does seem to despise McLettuce above all else, even the Roths.
