I’m going to speculate WILDLY here - recall Twitter has a verification process that is considered to install a spy stub. When Lynn de Rothschild found out she shut down her Twitter account. The photo appears to be a pic taken of a user’s face and photo has Twitter in name. Without anything further to go on I wonder if a face shot of an unsuspecting user posting to Twitter with everything - including a photo of the perp - being recorded + monitored + transmitted ... TBD ;)

The good guys got something very incriminating on a bad guy, I would assume. A big bad guy.
On Xchan they seem to think it is Soros... perhaps you are right that it is an unsuspected cameo...???
