Turtle bay is the geographic location in Manhattan of the UN Building.
Everybody there has immunity. Can you imagine having something like that in NYC, with the Clinton Library in Harlem?
It’s like having a pedophile logistics capability blocks from your HQ without having any connection to it at all. As SoS, HRC would have had the opportunity to set up her secret and skin peddling infrastructure in such a way that when she stepped down, she’d literally be located a neighborhood or two away from the physical building where all her legally untouchable people were.
So far, I think this is the first time anybody has brought this up. I haven’t seen any Q posts on this. It presents a challenge.
