It is more like a specialty like there are planefags, photofags etc. It they say they are workfagging it means they are at their day job.
It can be a bad thing if you are being an idiot like posting about the earth being flat they call a FEfag.

FWIW, IMHO:
FameFag Patriot is someone supporting Trump/Q who is calling attention to themselves. So I’d expect the content is okay but the person relaying the content is using it to obtain INTERNET “fame” or attention (e.g., hogging the spotlight like Hogg only with patriotic content).
I don’t know but I suspect the answer is JEROME CORSI.
