I am not clear on the significance of the missing hands. Meaning something is missing from the speech? But it was when he was walking out... ?

I don't know for sure what the significance is. Seems to me it means the video has been tinkered with in some way. My first thought is that this fake speech was recorded on a green screen then overlaid on the background of the original speech, where he said very different things to that crowd. Then they messed up the editing at the end. (Probably got tired of looking at and listening to that POS, too, and got sloppy! LOL) But I dunno, just my speculation. Who knows! There is ALWAYS something weird/wrong/crazy with him.
