Most likely it is a United plane, not a Navy C-40. Paint (stripes) on plane shown on Q post are found on United planes and are different from the Navy C-40

Also, the window/text alignment is different.

So Not a United or a C-40.

So the question is...what plane has the same window/text alignment as the one in the mystery photo....?

Is it a Q-special..?

The aircraft is definitely a United 737-900. Those missing windows aren’t actually missing. They are plugged to allow for interior additions, like a coat closet or a galley. The missing windows that are actually missing,common to all 737’s, regardless of operator, are to allow for air conditioning ducts from the cargo compartment, up the sidewalls, to the overhead distribution manifold.
