Still seems disjointed from the others on the list. Although, as of january 2018 when th epost was made, he could very well have been ID'd as covertly schemeing. I was more retrospective bound to a time frame ending early 2017, before RR was nominated (end January 2017, confirmed 4/25/2017).

No other RR pops into view though, and there is a limot to how cryptic and obscure a Q hint can be, before it is nonsense. ;-)

What would happen if texts originating from a FBI agent to several [internals] discussed the assassination (possibility) of the POTUS or member of his family?
What if the texts suggest foreign allies were involved?

Remember RR was the USA from Maryland who gave Vadim Mikerin the sweetheart plea deal in the Uranium 1 case, which allowed Obama to avoid a public trial. Also helping in the Mikerin case was Andy McCabe, then Assistant Deputy director of the FBI.
