The OIG could not address any of the evidence and status of the ongoing Huber investigation. This is why it looks so disappointing.
Another thing that almost everyone misses is that to fight this war, competent warriors are needed inside DOJ and inside courts. The dems have been slow-walking confirmations as a ploy to obstruct, to stop Trump from having the means to fight.
But behind the scenes, the Trump Camp has been brilliant, quiet but brilliant.
Rachel Brand's removal was by design. RR is in a pincer play. He will be gone soon enough. The ranks of temporary 'killers' to take their place has been in play for many months and it's all legal. This last sentence is enormously important.
McConnell's arm was twisted to cancel recess. That's part of it.
This is a Q thread. There was a Q drop in April this year saying a full attack would be forthcoming. Today Gowdy and others have mentioned the full arsenal is ready. Guliani says they are ready to go to war.
We are mid-June. There is no July-August recess, everyone working (Trump design), September is the renewed budget battle, military budget is off the table, October is intense for key campaigns, November is the election.
And soon, perhaps by August or before, Mueller is going to issue his 'report'. And he won't have a thing on Trump because Mueller is inside the DOJ, the OIG has looked at all the deep state actors in DOJ, FBI, the same people that Mueller has been probing and the OIG comes up with not a damn thing as far as abuse on the part of the Trump Administration. Trump Camp is very clean. Dems are begging they get lucky that Trump fires Mueller, but it won't happen that way.
No matter what's in Mueller's report, he's damned either way. If he accuses Trump he gets knocked down, if he exonerates Trump, he's gets reamed for wasting government resources on a farcical witchhunt.
And if Mueller declines to issue a report, Congress will have the floor to shut down his funding.
One thing to remember about Trump, he never strikes the first blow. He ALWAYS fights back in retaliation after being attacked. When Mueller's report comes out, Trump Camp is going to come down on him like a ton of bricks and all the other traitors caught up in the process will go down.
My sense is Mueller better show his cards by August or it's over, for him and all the others in his camp.
