Hm the article is a lie for a simple reason. In every state, the GOVERNMENT is giving large apartments and even houses to people who are on welfare, never mind working.

And at the same time, local governments are refusing building permits for more apartment buildings, duplexes, row houses, houses, etc.... Promoting rental agreements and price fixing... Historic building restrictions. It has an affect on the rental and housing market.
