Sundance framed the problem quite well in the article below. We keep hearing about how the "rank and file" FBI are the salt of the earth, yet the "rank and file" are apparently full of scum, the lawless, Marxists, incompetents, and corrupt Democrats.
From the linked article:
Thats the rank and file, reflecting how the rank and file feel about us.
IG Report: We do not have confidence that Strzoks decision was free from bias
I'm betting they weren't what we would think of as "rank and file." The "employee" was talking to an FBI attorney, which leads me to lean more toward a higher ranking indivicual. Not even an agent.
And keep in mind that 24 rank and file agents CAME FORWARD (which is pretty bold) volunteering to testify against the malfeasance of their superiors. And that's just the 24 ballsy ones.
It's not an easy thing to snitch in law enforcement. Especially against your bosses. We must respect those who put their careers on the line to do the right thing. :)

the most important investigative body; within the system of U.S. law and order; cannot identify, admit, accept and take action upon a clear and present threat within its own organizational ranks. A political bias that is transparently obvious to the rest of America.
Just so.
And Wray is part of this problem, pumping the agents full of footballs. The training is designed not to fix the problem, rather it is to BURY and HIDE it.
