Specific portion:

also are providing copies of our unclassified report to the Office of Special Counsel(OSC) for its consideration.”

Is this the unclassified version of #3 or a totally unclassified version? I suspect there is even more that hasn’t gone to Congress.

#3 is what we got. #2 is what Congress + the Mule got. #1 is what Trump got (and we want + Congress has asked for) as for #4 - clearly Trump got and report indicates sent to Congress + Mule, too ...

Now ... POTUS also has many other things, things the IG + F-I/D-J (still) don't know.
