I have heard that it supposedly flew toward Alaska. An unannounced launch of a SLBM from the US would definitely get a rise out of China and Russia at least, if not a nuclear response. Checking the timeline of when AF1 was landing in Singapore (assuming 16 hr flight leaving at 1 PM Eastern, arriving at 7 AM eastern would be 4 AM Pacific) that was the approximate time of the missile launch. Timed to make it most difficult to respond to a crisis while landing?
