Lots and lots of comm sites, launch silos and Launch Command Sites, all underground, high security and hardened. I have no clue how many of those sites are still active/reassigned to Warren AFB in Cheyenne, but AF Security coverage is likely available for Grand Forks from Cheyenne, Minot, Great Falls or All of the Above if TSHTF. (Unless the Zoomies have plumb lost their touch, which I doubt.)
