Why isn’t Trump just declassify the entire report and blurt it out there immediately? What is the downside? Further, why doesn’t Trump command RR cooperate with Congressional subpoenas?
First report deals with Hillary investigation. If he declassifies that unilaterally, it looks like political retribution. Q says he will wait and declassify everything at once when it comes out, including Hillary.
