Now wondering what would that have to do with a dash or a minus as Q tried to make clear. Makes little sense...
My inference was that it’s not for math (minus) but (dash) for designation and/or separation. If it’s a true date it would mean 6/23 ... but IDK - I mostly just enjoy the show ;)
