Isn’t the report coming on 6/14 all about the email issues? That is what I understand it to be and the whole fisa bs is separate. I don’t believe she’s off the hook regarding the emails.
In Horowitz letter to Grassley he says this report is related to actions involving 2016 election excluding FISA. I infer that means HRC emails, Weiner laptop and possibly some other things tied to “Russia” aside from FISA but TBD. I doubt he’ll say anything about HRC per SE because that’s not in his realm of discovery but can say there was wrongdoing by F-I / D-J and could touch on improper immunity deals and obstruction of justice + illegal leaking by Comey and his band of thieves.
