After months of circling President Donald Trump during NFL depositions and discovery, Colin Kaepernick’s lawyers are expected to force Trump directly into the ongoing legal battle between the quarterback and league.
Kaepernick’s legal team is expected to seek federal subpoenas in the coming weeks to compel testimony from Trump, Vice President Mike Pence and other officials familiar with the president’s agenda on protesting NFL players, sources with knowledge of the quarterback’s collusion case against the NFL told Yahoo Sports.

This is who Barr should be compared to (not Samantha Bee).
Both did something outside what they were paid to do that upset many viewers.
Both (probably) harmed their employer’s reputation and revenue.
Both may have different political views than their employer.
In both cases, the employer should be able to fire them and industry should be able to not hire them. (or neither should have been fired for pro-Kaepernick people being consistent). Bee was paid to do mean comedy. She may have taken it too far, but for the most part her viewers didn’t care and her employer had already factored into revenue/reputation projections that she pisses off everyone else.
They only need to throw a stone near just about any courthouse and they are pretty sure to hit one.
Kaepernick is lucky Hateful Hillary isn’t President coz’ people who spoke back seemed to drop like flies.

This guy is absolutely detestable. Toting home truckloads of money, he pleads oppression. Wouldn’t you love to be “oppressed” like that? And, he is said to have little talent as a player, so it’s even more ludicrous. One thing he does have, in abundance, is stupidity—to say nothing of a really bad case of the UGLIES. I can barely stand to look at any picture of him. Reminds me of an enraged bush.

Exactly! Who is paying the legal bills for this guy? This is not a case that is one a plaintiff’s attorney would take, or one you want to take Pro Bono, the costs for this thing will run into Big Bucks real quick. If Kaper is paying then he going to go broke real quick. So is this one Soros is paying for?
