I saw a recent study that said the reason so many blacks never complete college is because affirmative action admissions policies place them in schools where they are competing against the best Asian and White students. This policy dooms the blacks to frustration and failure before they even start.
The most successful black graduation rate is for blacks who attend traditional Negro colleges.

As we've seen of late, graduation rate doesn't mean squat. High schools graduate anything, and colleges graduate "studies" majors that are, uh, limited.
Way more interested in what people can DO, not what diploma someone gave them.
