Found a video re Tuscon. I recommend the section of video that I queued up (I only watched the part with about 4 or 5 people sitting in the encampment talking about what persuaded them that this was no ordinary “migrant camp.”

Good video. Add this to NeonRevolt's article and it's pretty apparent that this is a big deal.
