I find HRC kuru diagnosis questionable. She may have signs and symptoms, but definitive diagnosis would be on autopsy. However, recent tests/imaging may be available to those with VIP status specific for kuru (not mad cow disease/not CJD). Further, to state emphatically “kuru” and not CJD/vCJD she would have to have admitted to cannibalism to her physician.
