The thing with RICO for sex predators is that they involve the organizations that protect them. Reading the table of contents at the first 94 page class action lawsuit you linked, I see promise in terms like “Weinstein, Miraxmax, and the Weinstein Sexual Enterprise”, mention of complicit producers and Weinstein’s “army of spies”, “pattern of racketeering” etc. This is the organized crime angle of pervy Hollywood - it is massive.
The second one at your link seems to pull in The Walt Disney Company, Disney Enterprises too. Many names and unnamed. Looks promising. HURRAH!
I imagine Harvey’s famous apologists never knew ANYTHING about any of this. /s
